The day we found our home, Paul ran right over and sent us a 45-minute video where he touched every surface, opened and closed every door and left no stone unturned to let us know what everything was made of, the quality and condition they were in and the treatment from the previous owners. Our entire process was seamless and they were helpful and transparent about every step of it. They also introduced us to our lender whom we still grab dinner with!
